Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, for both clients and candidates. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work on both the client and candidate sides of the recruitment process.Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings.Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Utilize various recruitment methods and tools, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to attract top talent.Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and objectives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Experience in the construction (MEPAEC) industry preferred.Requirements:2+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a full desk recruitment role.Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries and job functions.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.Must be able to commute in office.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Fridays are optional work from home prehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
