You have previous experience as a Junior Account Manager or sales coordinator in the housewares industry. You are collaborative, detail-oriented person who is highly organized, efficient, and creative. You can prioritize workload effectively and demonstrate ability to meet challenging deadlines. You enjoy traveling (internationally and domestically)! The RoleWe are looking for a Junior Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with one of our big box customers. The Junior Account Manager's responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. ResponsibilitiesSupport the Senior Sales contact for all customer account management mattersResolving customer issues and complaintsManaging communications between key clients and internal teamsPlanning and preparing presentations for account meetingsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthlyquarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersAssist in developing new business with existing clients andor identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededSkills1-2 years' experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Sales coordinator, or relevant roleAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerSelf-motivated and self-directedExcellent interpersonal relationship skillsUnderstanding of retailer accounts and their position in the industryEagerness to learn and grow your businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailBABS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldBenefits:Competitive pay, based on experience levelPerformance based generous bonuses and raises evaluated annuallyHealth, Vision, Dental Insurance401k with matching policyGenerous vacation policyOpen kitchen stocked with snacks and gourmet freshly ground coffee
