This role is focused on closing deals, growing revenues, and developing a scalable, repeatable sales engine. Will be responsible for driving growth through agency appointments, managing sales funnels from lead generation to completed sales, and achieving revenue targets. Must thrive in a startup-like environment, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, and demonstrate the ability to independently and creatively grow a business. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESClose deals and drive revenue growth by expanding the company's presence in the commercial auto insurance market.Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with retail brokers, agents, and distribution partners to grow the agency footprint.Deliver training and provide support to brokers to maximize their sales effectiveness.Provide market insights and feedback to refine product offerings and positioning.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEProven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry with experience in commercial auto.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and grow a new business from the ground up.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Minimum of 5 years of experience for the BD Manager role; 10+ years for the Senior BD Manager role.
