Serving as a field technical expert for our Stormwater product line, this role will work closely with contractors, distributors, channel partners, and manufacturing partners, providing expertise with a focus on strategic pricing and specification conversion for our sales organization to drive revenue growth for Oldcastle Infrastructure. The person in this role will also work closely with outside sales and estimating groups to help with stormwater product quotes and value engineering proposals.Job ResponsibilitiesFocused growth in Stormwater solution markets consisting of catchment, conveyance, treatment and storageDevelop and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and channel partnersStrategic pricing implementationImplement value selling of full product portfolio, sizing and product placementActing local technical resourceConfer with customers to assess product needs and to determine system requirementsRead and interpret shopengineering drawings and plans to recommend solutionsLead preconstruction meetings with knowledge of products and installation requirementsPrepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our products to customers and prospective customersRecommend improved products or solutions to customers, showing how changes will lower lifecycle costManage project pipeline using CRM (Salesforce is current program used by Oldcastle Infrastructure)Continuously improve technical expertise and knowledge of Oldcastle Stormwater products, competitive products and civil infrastructure trendsDevelop and maintain professional relationships with key accountsPerform market research and stay current on industry trendsBuild strong relationships and maintain communication with key internal sales partners within Oldcastle InfrastructureCoordinate activities and collaborate closely with local Oldcastle Sales team(s) to understand customer requirements and provide sales supportIndustry influence through targeted speaking engagementsKey CompetenciesInstills Trust - Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, authenticity and collaboration.Drives Results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.Plans & Aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational municates Effectively- Communicates effectively in a variety of settings, attentively listens and adjusts to fit the audience.
