You can quickly think on your feet and can pivot a conversation in response to the needs of a prospective client's call.This is an hourly position ($20hour) with required overtime (Monday-Thursday), regular working hours on Friday, paid time off, and full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.This entry-level role would be ideal for someone with no industry experience as you will be entered into our Business Development Representative (BDR) 90-day training program. You will be given the tools to successfully learn how to cold call, qualify, fight for leads, and create successful email campaigns.Those who successfully graduate from our training program will be offered an Account Executive position where they will build up their own book of business and have the opportunity to make six figures! Key Responsibilities:Prospect potential clients via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leadsSet up client meetings and calls between clients and key client relationship managers while supporting their pipeline for successful business developmentParticipate in high-level conversations with specific stakeholders in charge of technology-related projectsAssist the sales support team in lead generation activities as deemed necessary while managing all activity in our CRM: PipedriveProactively seek new business opportunities across our market sectorsJob Requirements:This role would be ideal for an individual with no industry experience who is hungry to start a sales career in the technology services fort and willingness to cold-call is requiredEnergetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environmentAbility to understand, develop, and communicate technical information to non-technical individualsHighly dependable with excellent time management skillsMust demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail and process-oriented is essential to succeedProblem-solving and team-building skills are requiredEXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this roleAdditional Information:This is an on-site role at our office with regular business hours. Once you graduate from our program, you may move to a hybrid schedule with a mixture of remote and on-site work. We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood.
