We've experienced 85% growth this year, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team and help drive our expansion.Role Overview:The Director of Strategy and Operations will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Eepy's operations while spearheading strategic initiatives for growth. Based in NYC, this position demands a project management expert who can juggle multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results.This is a senior position, perfect for someone with a consulting background and startup experience who is ready to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities Project Management:Lead and manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.Develop and implement project plans for move-insmove-outs, marketing campaigns, and campus launches.Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain accountability across teams.Operational Leadership:Coordinate logistics for large-scale move-ins and move-outs, working with professional movers and student teams.Optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery and pickup of rental items.Streamline operational systems to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.Partnership Development:Build and maintain relationships with university and corporate partners.Collaborate with the CEO to grow existing partnerships and establish new ones.Business Development:Identify and execute strategies to expand Eepy's presence to new campuses.Analyze market trends, gather customer insights, and use data to inform strategic decisions.Collaboration with Leadership:Work closely with the CEO to shape the company's strategic direction and achieve growth targets.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in consulting and experience in a startup or high-growth company.Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
