Sales Estimator Project ManagerAlliance Environmental Group LLC. is an environmental contractor specializing in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold, legal assessments and removal of hazardous materials. We have offices across the state of CA, including Las Vegas NV, WA, Oregon and Phoenix AZ.Job Summary Overview:The Sales EstimatorProject Manager responsibilities include opening new accounts, customer service on existing accounts, and the development of relationships with a diverse range of customers. Also included in the daily duties is estimating upcoming projects for the company. From communicating with customers, Superintendents, Foreman and field workers to checking the work-sites, an Estimator must ensure each project is handled in a professional manner from start to finish. We have office locations throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. We are looking for an Environmental Sales EstimatorProject Manager at our Puyallup WA, location.Major Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):Market to newpotential customers and acquire new customersMaintain relationships with existing customers and drive to and inspect new and existing projectsManage existing projects and create new project estimates in Xactimate and internal company CRMProcess paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projectsFollow-up on potential projects and Maintain constant communication with customers and company office staff, supervisors, and labor departmentManage customer requests, issues, complaints, projects including any issues that may ariseSchedule inspections with customers and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, classes, and required software training coursesMaintain certifications required for estimatingmanaging demoabatementremediation projects and perform other duties andor special projects as assignedAbility to build long term relationships with customersPosition Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:Preferred experience in the following industries- Construction, AbatementRemediation, Restoration or Reconstruction Water MitigationBachelor's Degree in Business management, Marketing or a related field- PreferredStrong sales experience- PreferredAble to leverage relationships within industryExtensive driving is requiredXactimate experience- PreferredCustomer service, principles and practicesWork under time constraints to meet specific timelinesEstablished book of business-PreferredStrong communication skills, written and oralRequires local travel within assigned regionBenefits:Include 401k, health, vision, dental and life insurance.
