Our client, a leading global beauty company, is seeking a Director of Talent to join their New York corporate office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This person will oversee the hiring strategy, build collaborative relationships across departments, and work with external partners to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes and a strong employer brand.Job Duties Include:Lead and manage talent acquisition across North America, focusing on executive-level recruitment and aligning hiring processes with company transformation goalsRevamp employer branding, build talent pipelines, and strengthen internal recruitment strategiesDevelop and implement talent forecasting and pipelining processes to proactively address hiring needsManage recruitment team with a strong focus on developing a culturally attuned and globally aware talent acquisition strategyOversee recruitment efforts fostering partnerships with global teamsSupervise a team ensuring successful recruitment of senior management, director-level roles, and internship program hiresManage relationships with off-site RPOs and temp staffing partners to streamline recruitment effortsCollaborate to promote internal mobility, supporting employee growth and cross-functional development opportunitiesPartner with executive search firms for critical roles and projects as necessaryAct as main point of contact regarding escalation for regional talent acquisition challenges, providing strategic resolutionsJob Qualifications Include:10+ years of relevant experienceBachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldDemonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiativesExperience in the beauty industry, with a deep understanding of the beauty market, roles, and recruitment strategiesExperience in the skincare industry is highly preferredExperience leading recruitment efforts within the beauty industry or similar sectors, covering a range of roles and geographiesAbility to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies at a regional or global levelBackground in managing recruitment teams, external partners, and senior leadership hires.Expertise in leveraging social media platforms and digital tools for sourcing and recruitmentFamiliarity with modern recruiting technologies and their application in streamlining hiring processesExceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsSalary: $175k - $190k + bonusWhile PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
