They are looking for a technology lead who can drive the expansion of their algorithmic trading platform, and provide direction from a technology and people management perspective. This is an opportunity to work at a tech-driven team and to be a part of a high-impact, large-scale project building critical systems that are utilized globally.This role sits within the front office and the group head places a huge emphasis on a collaborative environment between his Traders, Quants, and Developers. Their technology stack is cutting edge and they prefer candidates to have a working knowledge of C++ with experience working on electronic trading systems (Equities experience preferred)Qualifications:Key skills for Executive Director 10+ years C++ programming experience10+ years working in a Linux environmentExperience with low latency, electronic trading systemsExperience designing, implementing and maintaining software for HFT strategiesSystems design experienceexperience with HPC and networkingData Analysis knowledge and experience working with large data setsExperience working alongside Quants Traders for strategy development and optimizationLeadership experience is strongly preferred
