Responsibilities: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidatesReview resumes and applications to identify suitable candidatesConduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the positionSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Provide regular updates to candidates on their application statusEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processWork closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirementsWho You Are:You are passionate about recruiting - you keep abreast of news and trends in the industryYou are a highly ambitious individual who demonstrates a strong initiative and independent thinkingYou have strong writing and communication skillsYou are attentive and eager to learn from senior members of the team Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceCompensation: $55,000+year
