Position Overview:This role is responsible for the conceptualizing and production of direct-to-consumer experiences across various digital channels. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of consumer-facing marketing materials across email, ecommerce sites and digital media. Collaborating closely with the Creative, Brand and E-Commerce teams to bring together storytelling, strong visual identity by brand and a keen perspective on consumer engagement in the digital space. You have a strong understanding of responsive design, creative which connects consumers with productsbrands and a perspective on how to translate those into a digital experience. Key Responsibilities:Email Marketing DesignDesign and build responsive email templates for promotional, lifecycle, and triggered campaignsCreate segmented email content optimized for different customer journeysDesign creative for AB test variations to improve email performanceEnsure consistent brand experience across all email touchpointsDevelop modular email components for rapid campaign deploymentBuild and maintain email design system and component libraryE-Commerce Content CreationDesign product detail page templates and content modulesCreate hero banners, category pages, and promotional landing pagesDesign size guides, ingredient charts, and product education materialsDevelop visual content for buying guides and how-to contentCreate lifestyle photography briefs and direct photo shootsDesign site navigation elements and mega-menu contentDigital Advertising AssetsCreate digital ad campaigns in multiple formats and sizes (static, GIF, video, etc.)Design and edit both branded and UGC media content for Meta (InstagramFacebook), Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and moreDevelop marketplace content for Amazon, Target, Walmart, Ulta and moreCreate video thumbnails and animated GIFs for product demonstrationsDesign retargeting assets and dynamic product adsBuild cohesive campaign assets across all digital touchpointsRequired Experience:3-5 years designing for e-commerce and emailStrong portfolio demonstrating email, web, and digital ad designExpert knowledge of email design constraints and best practicesExperience with responsive design and mobile-first approachesUnderstanding of e-commerce conversion optimizationProficiency in designing for multiple digital platformsTechnical SkillsDesign ToolsAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)Figma for collaborative designEmail design tools (Stripo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)Basic HTMLCSS for emailPlatformsShopify Plus Klaviyo or similar ESPSocial media content creation toolsDigital asset management systemsAdditional SkillsPhotography art directionBasic video editingImage optimizationAnimation and motion graphicsVersion control and file managementAccessibility standardsEssential Cross-Functional Responsibilities:Collaborate with brand teams to gain knowledge of creative baseline assets, coordinate influencer samples and campaign development.Collaborate with media and creative agency teams to ideate and execute campaigns.Collaborate with creative services team and external agencies to develop visual content needs.Coordinate with Ecommerce teams on promotional calendars and campaign results.EducationExperience Requirements:4-year college degreeA minimum of 1-2 years experience in digital marketingpaid media.BeautyCPG experience is a plus.
