Title: Regulatory Reporting AssociateOffice Status: Hybrid-NYC 2xweek in officeSalary: $90,000 - $110,000A top-10 global investment bank is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate that will be involved in the preparation of BHC regulatory reports. This position will require Bank FRY regulatory reporting experience OR experience from a public accounting firm with banking clients.Details:Prepare and review various regulatory reports with primary focus on FR Y-15, FR Y-9C and FR Y-9LP Interact and work with the group companies within the firm to reconcile difference and perform regulatory calculation.Continue to improve the process control effectiveness of the BHC regulatory reports.Maintain and update EUC procedure and inventory list and the desk procedures manual to reflect changes in regulatory requirements.Ensure accurate and timely completion of all regulatory reports.Participate in regulatory reporting examinations, internal and external audits.Responsible to work with other various departments to support BHC regulatory reports enhancement projects and work with team to participate in end user testing.Keeping abreast of all the regulatory changes related to regulations that is impacting BHC regulatory reports.Perform impact analysis for all the new products for the BHC regulatory reportsResponsible to implement latest quarterly maintenance release into Reg-Reporter applicationQualifications: Strong knowledge on financial products such as derivatives, repo, securities, loans and leasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; high level of deadline driven sense of urgency; attention to details, accuracy, and accountabilityBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.CPA or CFA is a big plus.Alteryx Designer andor Wolters Kluwer OneSumX experience is a plus.
