Our client supplements base compensation with health and wellness benefits.SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze and report on outbound freight costs, including cost per mode, mile, and variances by customer and product mixMonitor freight expense targets and provide data-driven insights to reduce costs and optimize profitabilityReview large datasets to explain variances in forecast, budget, and prior-year performance to executivesBuild and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline budget processesProvide strategic recommendations to improve business performance and reduce costsSupport leaders with analytics and reports focused on inbound and outbound freight costsConduct complex ad hoc analyses to support key business objectivesDevelop KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to track trends and identify risks for senior managementEnhance dashboards, reports, and scorecards for cross-functional teamsProvide ad-hoc analyses as neededSENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSRequiredBachelors' Degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 4 years' experience in financeStrong oral and written communication skills
