Role OverviewThis UX Designer will be providing cutting-edge perspectives that will challenge current points of view on capabilities and operating model within customer experience group. We are open to someone who has worked in-house or at an agency and has effectively operated and used insights to execute tactical plans and bring them to life. To succeed in this role, you need to be hands-on with UXUI, work closely with a of partneragency resources, engage with design peers, and partnering with product owners, tech partners, and other subject matter experts.Role Responsibilities:Work on UX strategy design methodologies to ensure the strategy aligns with business and user needsPartner with design strategy, UX research, and other insights teamsWork on design and experience strategy and research across a variety of deliverables and fidelities including mood boards, journey maps, blueprints, personas, prototypes, and other visual storytelling mediums to articulate the design directionAlign with Design Systems partners to contribute to refreshes of style guides, design system, and other design assetsPartner with content strategy and copywriting partners to plan, develop, and deploy UX content (messaging, copy, imagery, video, interactivity)Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, layouts, and UI elementscomponentryWork on inclusiveaccessible and responsive experiences compliant with industryApply best practices and continually test and improve experiences in complex, multi-product, form design, progressive disclosure, wayfinding, workflows, and dashboardingPartner with design systems peers and product owner partners to support quality assurance processesDefine and implement measurement of design quality, usability, and accessibility KPIs across design teamsPartner with analytics, product management, and product owner counterparts to lead product ABmultivariate testingPartner with UX research and insights partners to deploy moderated and unmoderated usability testing and user surveysExplore competitors and market leaders, both inside and outside industry, to identify factors that contribute to different outcomes.Identify solutions that address current and emerging roadblocks.Collaborate with the broader company competitive intelligence community to align approach and create solutions with long-term success.Monitor progress toward strategic goals and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful implementation.Background Needed:3+ years in UX Designer roleHave done userdesign research and testingExperience managing usability analysisHands on design and prototyping (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)Understanding with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)Experience utilizing design system and delivery tools (Zeroheight, Zpelin, Storybook)Front end experience (HTML, CSS, REACT, Angular)Bachelors Degree in Design, Interactive Design, Fine Arts or related field.Experience with innovation, product management, product strategy, and implementation.Experience constructing andor leveraging competitive insights to develop actionable insights.Experience working in an environment where experience design, design thinking, UX design, design sprints, and digital innovation are used daily.Experience working in Agile environments and developing proofs of concept or minimum viable products.Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex or abstract ideas.Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
