This role requires a strong leader with a track record of success in wealth management and a deep understanding of investment strategies.Responsibilities:Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in the firm's wealth management services and expand the client base.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering tailored financial planning and investment advice.Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities to provide clients with current and relevant pliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and firm policies while maintaining high standards of client service.Representation: Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation.Qualifications:A mobile book of HNWUHNW clients.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFP) preferred.At least 7 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles, with a demonstrated history of success.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing and guiding financial professionals.Deep knowledge of investment strategies, financial planning, and market dynamics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.Proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.Pay range and compensation package:Competitive commission structure and performance-based incentives.
