Senior Electrical Engineer | Project ManagerArchitecture | Building SystemsJob Description:An Electrical or Architectural Engineer (Electrical) | Project Manager responsible for performing building systems project design and development tasks for construction projects. The role includes managing technical design staff and client relationships. This position will involve interaction with clients and design teams, as well as support with procurement and business development.Responsibilities:Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, safety, and ITAV systems for architectural projectsComplete construction drawings, calculations, cost estimates, and specificationsRespond to client inquiries and commentsReview contractor submittals and provide clarifications during constructionManage, train, and mentor electrical engineeringdesign staffSchedule staff resourcesCommunicate and coordinate with architects, owners, other engineering disciplines, vendors, building officials, and other consultants throughout the design phases of the projectManage project budgets and schedules within contractual and client requirementsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering8-12 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for institutional andor commercial building systemsProfessional Engineering licenseProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Visual, and MS Office softwareStrong interpersonal skills are beneficialRCDD certification is beneficial
