Their teams has about 5ppl and seeking someone that can work with internal stakeholders throughout teams being a point of contact with Investment team.ResponsibilitiesSupport Real Estate InvestmentDeal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance fundingHandle inquires from internal and external teamManage transactions and deal pipelineRequirementsBachelor Degree is a Must, Master's a plus7+ years experienced in executing real estate dealsStrong Experience analyzing real estate transaction deal documents
