Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring an Architectural Design Senior Specialist to join their team in New York City on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).Job Duties Include:Introduce innovative solutions when integrating design concepts to the US marketEnsure store designs create an elevated client experienceEffectively lead team to ensure project proposals and stages of design to achieve brand vision while addressing the interestsconcernsDevelop detailed design and presentation packages including plans, elevations, renderings, etc.Participate in construction administration of projectsEnsure that colleagues effectively leverage provided platforms and reporting tools to maintain accuracyJob Qualifications Include:Accredited degree in Architecture7+ years of relevant experienceExcellent hand sketching and design detailing abilities are preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality controlExperience with BIM technology, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD and PhotoshopExperience working within an in-house retail designbrand studio or as a store designerAbility to conceptualize spatial designs and architectural brand imagingAbility to communicate effectively with architects, suppliers, general contractors, etc.Experience with platforms such as Airtable or Monday is a plusKnowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codesUnderstanding of the design process with a proven ability to create compelling propositionsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsFluency is French is a plusSalary: $111,290 - $143,950 annually*While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
