LaSalle Network is partnering with an organization that is seeking a Senior Applications Developer to join their team. This individual will support integrations within their Supply Chain department. Senior Applications Developer Responsibilities:Contribute to end-to-end solution design and implementationLead the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level designGraphically communicate architecture, intentions, designs and more using tools like Lucid Charts, Eraser, Visio or othersWork with development leadership, architects and other stakeholders across the organization to drive the implementation of new applicationsProduce functional and technical specificationsAnalyze, review and alter programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt new requirementsUnderstands the business domain of products supportedDesign, develop and deliver assigned development projectstasks within agreed schedule, quality and scope expectationsGather and document end-user requirements, create test scripts and perform scripted testing and provide operational support of key applications Senior Applications Developer Requirements:Experience with RESTful Web Services, Tomcat, HTML, JavaScript, RDBMS, SQL, Elastic, Solr, Opensearch, etc.Proficiency in managing build pipelines using Bitbucket, Git or similarExperience in creating automated unit testing using JUnit and practicing test driven developmentExperience with Continuous Integration and development practicesExperience with multiple operating systems (LinuxUnixWindows)Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in a production settingVerbal and written communication, teamwork and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environmentBachelor's degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related degree2+ years of experience leading application development teams, working with CICD products and working in an Agile environment6+ years of experience working with Java4+ years of experience working with Spring Spring Boot, designing, creating and managing RESTSOAP servicesPlease apply today!
