So do we, and so do our clothes.The Allocator maximizes the potential of the Theory business at the store, style, and size level. This role will be primarily responsible for strategic management of merchandise, inventory optimization, and actionable reporting and analysis. The Allocator will collaborate with the greater Planning and Global Merchandising team, and report into the Director of Planning.Responsibilities:Oversee weekly reorders, store inventory movement, and monthly initial allocationsAllocate merchandise at stylecolorsize level based on strategy, current trend and historical dataWork on execution of inter-store transfers and returns to warehousePrepare and analyze weekly selling and inventory reports to understand any shifts in business and communicate to managementCreate and maintain weekly allocation, shipping reports and track all open ordersCoordinate with warehouse team, store teams, and visual merchandising team to create seamless product flowMonitor sales and update management on replenishment strategy for all key items, programs, and classificationsProject monthly orders from warehouse to stores (including ecommerce)Monitor inventory levels in warehouse and stores, update management on inventory position, and suggest actions plans to maximize efficiency and salesPrepare and analyze monthly inventory projectionsQualifications:2+years of experience in Inventory, Allocation, or PlanningBachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Merchandising or related fieldHigh level of experience and proficiency in ExcelExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsMathematical proficiency with strong business and financial acumenSuperior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of managementStrong sense of teamwork to coordinate with many cross-functional partnersHigh degree of accountability and attention to detailAbility to flex across shifting prioritiesStrong sense of urgency and accuracySalary: $60,000-$70,000*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.Our Employer Commitment As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Fast Retailing does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domesticcivil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
