The Senior Production Coordinator will ensure the bulk production meets its quality assurance and delivery by planning, scheduling, executing, and directing production activities.Responsibilities:Maintain daily communication with oversea factories to address and resolve production issuesCreate and update WIP reports dailyProvideapprove care instruction and carton stickers submission from factoriesReview submission comments received from Design team and send them out to vendors for executionCreate and maintain pre-costing charts every season before handing off to Director of SourcingNegotiate garment delivery with oversea factories and review with Sales teamFollow up all required testing (ITS, BV) on fabric & garmentsMaintain PO delivery dates and shipping status thru SAPWork closely with Design, Sales, and factories to ensure timely delivery & quality control on mass productionHandle shipment booking approval with Import department, checking shipping document details before handing over to Imports departmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 5 years' garment Production experienceMust be proficient in excelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented with strong follow throughAnnual salary starting at $90,000.The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
