Lean Portfolio Manager Exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact! This role manages the day-to-day Portfolio Management process for a collection of teams within a designated Portfolio. Defines and drives the strategic alignment with relevant IT and business owners to ensure various needs and opportunities are identified, prioritized, validated, and communicated. Owns and facilitates Portfolio cadences including Alignment, Spend Profile and Prioritization meetings. Partners with IT Strategy, Product Management, and IT leadership teams to implement new strategies regarding governance, processes, technology, and methodological direction. Owns Portfolio Kanban boards and Portfolio DashboardsMetrics. Provides Portfolio financial and status reporting to senior leaders. Responsibilities:Defines and drives the strategic alignment with relevant IT and business owners to ensure various needs and opportunities are identified, prioritized, validated, and communicated.Provides 100% visibility to portfolio including overall portfolio solution roadmapFacilitates priority decisions, using investment category as guardrailsCompares solution investments towards producing the most value for capacity constraintFacilitates Populating and Usage of Connected KanbansOrganizes, prepares for, and facilitates Portfolio alignment cadenceOrganizes, prepares for, Facilitates Spend Profile and Prioritization DecisionsOrganizes and Facilitates Strategic and Objectives consensus on Intent and Outcome reviewsPrepare and share regular Portfolio status with senior management staffProvides visibility to planned vs actual portfolio budgets and forecasts in partnership with financial analyst and business owners. Partners with OCM, Quality Center of Excellence, Agility Delivery and PMO on items related to the overall portfolioIdentify appropriate data to support portfolio measurements (flow, Capacity, and Portfolio Engagement) and track business value metrics (I.e., OKRS and Portfolio Value Levers)Communicate tool configuration and dashboard development needs for LPM related measurement and partner with OCM to communicate updates.Prepare reportspresentations as requiredThis is a 6+ month contract position. This position is hybrid. You will be required to go into the office 2 days a week. BRAND NEW office location with several amenities (gym, food court, Marta access, etc.)REQUIRED SKILLS: 3+ years as a Portfolio Manager in an Agile environment5 years of enterprise project management experience in broad-based information systems managing increasing project size and complexity that are transformational in nature for the organization, full life-cycle application development andor building enterprise applications; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent backgroundStrong execution level communication experience including executive level reportingJira: experience running reports and pulling data out of JiraServiceNow: experience using Servicenow as it pertains to Portfolio ManagementExperience in effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, communicating, and influencing effectively at all levels of an organization requiredMust be able to analyze, understand, and communicate complex ideas across a varied audience (including C-Level executives)Understanding of financials project management required.PREFERRED SKILLS: PowerBI: Building reports in PowerBIExperience setting up a Portfolio level structure andor SAFe Lean Portfolio Management a plusExperience creating Portfolio roadmaps, Kanban boards, and Dashboards a plusPMP, Agile SAFe certifications are a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorships are not availableMust be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorships are not available
