You excel at bridging physical and digital domains, creating solutions that are both pragmatic and transformative.ResponsibilitiesAs our Product Manager, you'll:Become the go-to resource for vendor analytics, from onboarding metrics to performance analysisDevelop and implement a strategic vendor onboarding processManage vendor relationships, communication, contracts, and compliance to help bridge the gap between our on-site challenges and digital product experienceDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our vendor platform and integrationsGather, prioritize, and translate market and customer requirements and feedback into product featuresCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and vendor integrationConduct market research and analyze customer needs to inform product decisionsSet and track key performance indicators for both vendors and product successOversee the product development process, from ideation to launchWork collaboratively with product design, engineering, and business leadership to align our strategy and deliver value to our businessMaintain several core product operations processes, including backlog management, QA, the product backlogReport to the VP of Product, with dotted lines to the CEO and CTORequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, business management, or related fieldProven experience in product management, ideally in a startup or SaaS environmentStrong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization toolsExperience with user workflowsFamiliarity with product metrics tools (e.g., Jira, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel)Comfortable with in-person business meetingsEntrepreneurial mindset with an innovative approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication skills - verbal, written, and visualComfort working in a fast-paced, fully distributed startup environmentPassion for the future of work, urban innovation, hospitality, andor real-estateExperience navigating design tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus👋 If this sounds like you, we can't wait to meet you and discuss how you can help shape the future of Codi!BenefitsWork from NYC in a hybrid settingAnnual base salary: $110k-$140kEquityHealthcare: 100% coverage for you + your dependentsProfessional coaching Grow with the companyWork directly with the founders and executive team
