Family of five located in Upper Manhattan is in search of a wonderful 2-in-1 candidate who can do both housekeeping and cooking (dinner only).About the home: 4000 sq. ft brownstone with six bedrooms and four bathrooms across four levels "” must be comfortable climbing stairs. Schedule: Monday through Friday (40 hrsweek) either 9AM - 5PM or 10AM - 6PM.Housekeeper duties and responsibilities:Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.Sanitizing: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, toilets, countertops and sinks.Laundry: Washing, drying, ironing, folding and putting away laundry.Bedmaking: Making beds and changing linens.Stocking: Replenishing toilet paper, hand towels and soap.Trash: Emptying and cleaning trash cans and replacing anization: Tidying and organizing personal items and belongings, drawers, closets, and storage spaces.Home Cook duties and responsibilities: Meal preparation: Plan and prepare meals that meet the family's dietary needs and tastes. This may include baking, grilling, steaming, and boiling a variety of foods. Kitchen maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and orderly by washing cookwaretools and sanitizing surfaces. Store food and other items properly. Food safety: Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients. Inventory management: Monitor food stock and shop for groceries when munication: Share meal ideas with family for feedbackplanning for the week ahead.Please note:Their oldest child is a vegetarian, so the meal (or at least the main course) must be vegetarian-friendly.No need to serve or do dishes, just clean up of the cookwaretools used.The family does not require anything fancy for the cooking.
