This role focuses on driving a positive company culture, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, solutions oriented and resourceful, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCulture & EngagementChampion a company culture that aligns with our mission and values.Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace where employees feel valued.Employee Life Cycle ManagementOversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.Partner with department heads to deliver impactful talent management strategies, including development plans and succession planning.Support employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively as they arise.Strategic HR PartnershipServe as a trusted advisor to department leaders, providing HR guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and team dynamics.Recommend and implement strategies for scaling the organization pensation & BenefitsSupport the design and implementation of equitable and competitive compensation structures.Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of rewards with company goals.Recruiting & Talent ManagementLead and participate in recruiting efforts, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs.HR Operations & ComplianceEnsure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations and company policies.Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to support organizational growth.Willingness to roll up your sleeves to manage day-to-day HR tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational design.Proactive, positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mentality and ability to handle sensitive information and data with integrity and confidentiality.Proven success as an HR business partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to build trust and credibility at every level.Strong understanding of compensation principles and workforce planning.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex employee relations matters with empathy and discretion.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on, "can-do" attitude with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.Why Join Us?We are a purpose-driven company that values creativity, collaboration, and growth.
