An entertainment organization in California is currently seeking a new QA Specialist for a growing opportunity with their team. In this role, the QA Specialist will be responsible for supporting video player integrations for platforms. Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans and packs within TestRail or QmetryFocus on testing items that can be enabled without additional development work by the video player tech team, such as onboarding existing features on existing platformsManage test results and produce detailed reports and regularly liaise with project teams to understand testing requirementsDrive continuous improvement within the team, taking the initiative to achieve it and sharing knowledge across the team Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on testing experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science andor a related fieldProven industry experience in video player testing, especially on mobile devices. Knowledge of streaming technologies, AV codecs, and DRM systemFamiliarity with video players like Theo, JW Player, and Shaka PlayerProficiency in debugging tools and log analysis, ideally using Charles ProxyExcellent troubleshooting skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organized
