This company fosters a dynamic environment filled with opportunities and is deeply committed to both customer success and employee development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Project Management: Oversee project delivery in complex settings, ensuring timely, high-quality solutions.Architect Solutions: Design innovative approaches to address today's enterprise data architecture challenges, including:Migrating to cloud-based solutionsEfficiently processing large-scale data for optimal performanceAutomating complex integrations across diverse systemsRequirements Gathering & Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, and model data structures aligned with business needs and industry best practices.Develop Data Transformation Processes: Create data transformation workflows that ensure performance, scalability, and reusability.Support Analytics and Data Visualization: Design robust solutions to support analytics and visualization technologies.Client Relationship Management: Foster client relationships, position organizational capabilities effectively, and identify new business opportunities.Operational Execution: Manage internal processes related to client delivery and team administration (e.g., forecasting, invoicing, career development planning).Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance, leveraging previous team management experience.What We SeekEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Technology, or related field.Experience:7+ years with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)3+ years of Business Intelligence or Analytics experience in challenging environmentsTechnical Skills: Strong knowledge of modern data modelling techniques and experience with cloud service providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to meet clients in the NY, NJ, and PA areas.Desired SkillsProficiency with cloud data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon RedshiftBackground in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Retail industriesExperience building and managing client relationships, and an active professional networkKey personal qualities: entrepreneurial, ambitious, proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
