Inventory Specialist ResponsibilitiesMaintain an organized and accurate parts inventory system to meet operational demandsLocate and order out-of-stock itemsIssue purchase orders to external suppliers and track backordered itemsProvide cost estimates to customers and createsend invoices promptlyPack and ship parts efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timelinessHandle up to 50 lbs. during packaging and shipment preparationLeverage software tools such as SAPABAS (or other ERP systems) and Salesforce to manage inventory and customer data effectivelyWork closely with equipment technicians to align inventory needs and processesIdentify and implement ways to streamline parts management and enhance efficiency Inventory Specialist RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)Basic computer skills with proficiency in inventory management softwareStrong organizational and customer service skillsMechanical knowledge or repair experience (optional but advantageous)Ability to work both hands-on (20%) and desk-based (80%) after initial onboardingAbility to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.A proactive, "doer" mindset with the ability to work independently.Eagerness to grow with the company and contribute to a team-focused environment.
