LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in advancing our Customer Experience strategy through technology and data innovation. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will oversee the integrity and effectiveness of solutions built on our Salesforce platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with internal teams and business partners, providing mentorship and thought leadership. Your expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and process design will be crucial in creating user-centric solutions that align with business objectives. Salesforce Solution Architect Responsibilities:Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce technology to enhance organizational use of the platform across Sales, Service and Marketing, ensuring seamless integration into adjacent business processesConduct research on Salesforce usage, produce detailed findings, and recommend actionable steps with a comprehensive roadmapLead business process reviews, developing process flows, documentation and "to-be" modelsCollaborate with internal teams and Salesforce professional services to create prototypes and proofs of concept for requirements elicitationReview solutions and recommend enhancements for scalability and alignment with business needsContribute to Salesforce product backlog refinement, liaising with stakeholders and the Salesforce Backlog ManagerGuide the design of Salesforce and related solutions for sales, service and platform extensionsUtilize platform expertise to improve data management strategies, integrating reporting and analytics needs into process designsWork with the Salesforce Admin Team Manager and IT development team to approve and deploy configurations and coded items across environmentsDeploy changes where appropriateDevelop and maintain best practices with relevant stakeholdersProvide guidance on user story development, defining success criteria, and documenting testing steps Salesforce Solution Architect Requirements:Bachelor's degree required; technical disciplines (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) preferred5+ years' experience in IT Transformation, Enterprise Architecture or IT GovernanceExtensive expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data CloudStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify process gaps and recommend solutionsUp-to-date knowledge of the Salesforce technology roadmap and best practices for platform lifecycle managementProficiency in agile methodologies and excellent project management skillsDemonstrated integrity and ability to handle sensitiveconfidential informationExceptional presentation and communication abilities to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholdersExperience in the ManufacturingConstruction industryPrior consulting experience This position is critical to advancing the mission of enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
