Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Weehawken, NJ is 120K - 130K year & benefits (see below).The RoleResponsibilities:Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employeesApply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deploymentEnsure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirementsBuild observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issuesUnderstand, represent, and advocate for client needsShare knowledge and expertise with colleagues , help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.
