Job Title: Mobile Development LeadLocation: Hybrid (On-site 2 days per week or on short notice as required)Job Type: Right-to-HireOverview:We are seeking a dynamic Mobile Development Lead to establish and lead our mobile development team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in mobile application development and leadership, who can bridge the gap between teams and stakeholders effectively.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in iOS and Android development, with a preference for iOS as the primary platform and conceptual knowledge of Android. As a Mobile Development Lead, you will play a critical role in defining mobile application architecture, improving team dynamics, and influencing key stakeholders to achieve project success.Key Responsibilities:Establish and lead the mobile development team, ensuring seamless collaboration across on-site and offshore teams.Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications with a strong emphasis on iOS (mandatory) and conceptual understanding of Android.Define and implement robust mobile design patterns and application architectures.Provide hands-on technical guidance and support, as needed, to drive the development process.Collaborate with solution architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.Address and resolve team dynamics challenges effectively to ensure cohesive project fluence and drive project decisions by leveraging a strong and confident personality.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in iOS development; conceptual understanding of Android is required if expertise is primarily in iOS.Currently serving in a lead role with recent hands-on development experience.Expertise in mobile application design patterns and architecture best practices.Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Additional Information:This role is a Right-to-Hire position with opportunities for long-term engagement.On-site work is required two days a week or on short notice.Application Process:Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with their updated resumes.
