The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project, from start-up through closeout. The PM manages the project from beginning to end including: budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, general work performance and quality.General Responsibilities:Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to help them meet all scheduling demands goals and project benchmarksAdminister and manage all financial aspects of the contracts with the client, subcontractors, and any purchase ordersManage multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and typeQualifications:Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required5+ years of experience managing commercial projects (ground-up or large renovations exceeding $5-10million)Excellent communication skills
