They change the way we live, work, and think in a positive way.We're Looking For a Senior Appian Engineer: Our team is looking for someone who has a passion for developing performant and robust Appian applications while supplying the continued evaluation and advancement of Appian technologies in a given organization.We're looking for a natural consultant who can build and maintain relationships in financial and tech environments. The ideal candidate will be a driver of process, accountability, customer engagement, and strategy. This will be driven from a proven ability to plan and execute scalable strategies, superior client management, escalation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.At InRhythm, You Will: Be responsible for driving the design and implementation of Appian applications for consumer businesses.Work with stakeholders, product managers, architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and QA testers to carry out SDLC activities.Identify pitfalls ahead of time, raising concerns, and managing expectations with all stakeholders.Identify where workflow automation can be applied to various aspects of the development process and projects.Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and address defects.Collaborate with globally located cross functional teams in building customer-centric retail consumer banking products or supporting services.Build trusted partnerships with product managers, vendors, and external partners.Define and break out epicsfeatures for others, while maintaining a sense of the whole picture.Work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver working software incrementally.Help InRhythm's technology division by collaborating on the interviewing pipeline, mentoring less-experienced engineers, hosting tech talks and workshops, identifying industry trends to discuss, and participating in practice activities.Requirements: 3+ years of professional engineering experience with Appian 16.X or higher2+ years of professional engineering experience with SQL (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB)2+ years of professional engineering experience with any programming language (Java preferred)Recent certification for Appian Certified Senior DeveloperExperience with Appian technologies such as the following:Appian Application ServersAppian Complex Data Types (CDTs)Appian Data ManagementAppian Data StoresAppian DeploymentAppian Document Knowledge CenterAppian FormsAppian PluginsAppian Process ModelersAppian RecordsAppian ReportsAppian Rules & ExpressionsAppian SAILAppian SitesAppian Smart ServicesAppian TempoAppian XSDExperience with the following Appian responsibilities:Build and consume web services in AppianDesign and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies such as LDAP, Active Directory, Security and other internal systems in the enterpriseDesign CDTs that interact with external databasesDesign expression rules, constants, and query rulesDesign role-based access control Appian componentsDesign fast and performance SQL tables and queriesDesign UI SAIL Forms for Site and Tempo environmentDevelop SAIL Records and ReportsLeverage Appian Plugins for use in SAIL and process modelsIntegrate external web services via RESTTraverse logs to determine system and development errorsExperience with implementing BPM solutions for case managementStaying up to date on industry trendsExcellent communicationWhy Work at InRhythm?People at InRhythm are entrepreneurs and innovators at heart and problem solvers who find new ways to overcome challenges.
