This opportunity suits you if you are passionate about delivering excellence in the commercial mechanical construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of HVAC and sheet metal project execution, from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.To drive project success, apply in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, piping, and building automation systems.Work collaboratively with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to achieve project goals.Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and address potential risks while ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.At least 5 years in mechanical project management, with expertise in large-scale HVAC and sheet metal projects.Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
