Ascentt is seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to lead the development and management of our data products. This critical role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of data solutions.ResponsibilitiesDrive the product vision and roadmap for data assets, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation across Databricks, AWS, and Qlik Replicate platformsManage the complete lifecycle of data products, from conception through implementation, including prioritization of features, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesLead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and retrospectives while working closely with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of data solutionsCollaborate with technical teams to optimize data architecture, ensuring efficient data integration, transformation, and delivery processes while maintaining security and compliance standardsLead requirements gathering and prioritization sessions with business stakeholdersDefine success metrics and KPIs for data products and monitor their performanceCoordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical implementation aligns with business requirementsManage relationships with the data and analytics organization and ensure optimal utilization of toolsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in data product management or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise data platformsKnowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse conceptsBackground in implementing data quality frameworks and monitoring solutionsStrong working knowledge of Databricks, AWS services (particularly data services), and data integration tools like Qlik ReplicateExperience with agile methodologies and product management practices, including backlog management and sprint planningProven track record of successful data product delivery and stakeholder managementStrong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirementsExperience with modern data stack technologies and DataOps practicesSQL and basic programming knowledgeExperience with data visualization and BI toolsExcellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
