We operate with over 200 professionals nationwide, supporting our distinct purpose of helping clients prosper.The Middle Office Associate is responsible for the delivery and execution of the exceptional service provided to clients, custodian firms, money managers, and Consultants.Responsibilities:Onboard new clients and be responsible for completion of day-to-day operational tasks for Institutional OCIO, Discretionary Practice clientsLead complex and nuanced account set-ups for Institutional OCIO, Discretionary Practice clientsCollaborate with Middle Office Operations Analyst team on the completion of subscription, redemption, and periodic KYCAML document updates for Private Equity, Hedge Fund, and various other Alternative InvestmentsManage client money movements and account service tasks with their specific custodian, bank, or brokerage firm while abiding by the firm's compliance policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date Institutional OCIO, Discretionary Practice client records and activity logs to include but not limited to the CRM, trading systems, custodial websites, etc.Uphold internal and external client service standards by providing timely and accurate follow-up, proactive communication, and serve as a knowledgeable operations resource to the firmResearch and promptly respond to internal and external client inquiriesAssist with ad-hoc projects as directed by leadershipDevelop an understanding of Fiducient's core values and consulting team roles to best serve our clientsAct as backup to Trade Operations team by executing trades for all client types, utilizing the firm's preferred trading system and other custodian-specific applets and paperwork abiding by the firm's compliance policies and proceduresAssist Middle Office Associate team members who are off-site with pending client requestsRequired Education, Professional & Technical Experience Bachelor's Degree1 Years of Investment Consulting or Financial Industry ExperienceProficiency in Microsoft SuiteKnowledge of Securities & Banking TransactionsEssential TraitsThoughtful ability to establish rapport and build relationships.Exceptional communication in a public setting with notable writing and presentation skills.Adaptability when priorities shift and able to work independently.Sound judgment and problem-solving novative, curious, and enthusiastic.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships to support a sense of belonging.Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.Work Environment & Travel RequirementsThis role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and or businessevents.This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.Physical Job ExpectationsThe physical job expectations described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours.Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
