We are looking for a Sales and Operations Associate for a top fashion company in New York, New York!Responsibilities:Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and management in order to further elevate the customer's experienceDemonstrate adaptability and flexibility to change, in order to meet the need of the business between sales and back of house dutiesSupport the sales team by providing a seamless flow of product from the back of house to the selling floor, in order to always promote a luxurious customer shopping experienceSupport the sales team by putting things away in a timely and neat manner, and replenish any items that are sold throughout the day, making sure the store is always neat and replenished to meet our visual standardsSupport the Stock Controller with Operational duties as needed (i.e., but not limited to cycle counts, any organizational tasks, covering delicate items with polybags, making sure everything is sized correctly, steaming etc)Support back of house by pulling items to be transferred, packing and shipping transfers and customer goods, as neededQualifications:Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication and professionalism in order to deliver the best support possibleMust have previous luxury retail experiencePrevious stock or back of house support preferredIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
