Are you a Estimator with 1+ years of mixed Commercial or K-12 experience?Our client is one of Dallas - Fort Worth, TX leading Commercial GCs and boast a project portfolio that includes clients within the Healthcare, Corporate Office, Retail, Mixed-Commercial and Education sectors.If this role sounds interesting, we want to hear from you!What you'll do:• Report directly to Superintendent over your project• Knowledge of plans and specs• Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities• Project start up and mobilization• Drafting RFI's• Posting of all drawings• As-Built• Scheduling• Organize & direct Subcontractors• Maintain a clean and safe work environment• Quality Control• Organize files, plans & shop drawings• Oversee punch list completion• Follows and enforces all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite• Assist Superintendent with daily reports• Assist in O.A.C. Meetings• Other tasks as assignedWhat You'll Bring:• Team Player• Learn and Grow• Teachable• Positive Attitude• Minimum 20 hours of Continued Education (annually)• Internal and external customer serviceMust Haves:• 1+ years of experience in commercial construction working for a general contractor on ground up mixed-commercial projects $10M+, good tenureWhat We Offer:• Base Range: 60-100K• Auto: 600 monthly• Bonus: 5% of base• Christmas Pay: 1 weeks grossed up check (provided at Christmas party)• 401K: 7% (3% Safe Harbor, 4% matching contributions)• Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life + additional voluntary life available• PTO: 15 Days• Paid Holidays: 10 Days
