We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to assist our compliance team in adhering to legal, regulatory, and industry standards. You will be responsible for coordination of compliance initiatives including but not limited to data collection, departmental audits, and coordination with licensing and accrediting bodies. It is imperative that in this position personal and professional integrity are maintained as you assist in guiding the organization in daily operations while maintaining a lawful and ethical course.Responsibilities:Coordinating with sites to ensure timely completion of compliance related activities such as drills, walkthroughs, audits, and assessments.Coordinating with sites to ensure programs adhere to state and local laws and regulations.Conducting compliance walkthroughs to ensure client safety is maintained, facility is in good repair, and all site-specific postings are present (Client rights, compliant and grievances, licenses, etc.).Tracking site specific details to ensure ongoing compliance is metAssist in the implementation and monitoring of new company policies and proceduresCoordinating with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies to ensure compliance is maintained through timely correspondence and involvement in all site surveys.Coordinating with other departments to obtain data for monthly QAPI reportRunning reports and aggregating data to drive for QAPI report and to drive performance improvement initiativesOrganizing and maintaining the compliance database including uploading, updating, tagging, and filing compliance data and trackersAssist our compliance manager in updating our EMR with compliance related items to ensure clinical compliance is maintained.Assist compliance manager and HR department with ensuring HR compliance is streamlined and effective for organizations needs and regulatory requirementsAssist Operations in rolling out compliant and effective solutions to daily operational protocolsAssist in acquiring and updating each program's individual license and certification needs.Requirements:EMR proficiency (Super Admin experience preferred)Experience working with CDSS, DHCS, and TJC (Standards, regulations, policy and procedures, and liaison with department representatives)Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, teams, SharePoint, Forms, etc)Organization skills and record keepingBachelor's Degree or relevant experience. ------------------------------------------------------------DEI Statement:The Company is dedicated to creating a workplace that values and respects every individual.
