EFL | Air and Ocean Import Specialist

Overview: compensation commensurate with experience.The Customer Solutions Specialist will perform logistics and operations tasks for our ocean andor air customers' accounts to ensure highest level of reliability and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Will need the ability to liaise directly with the customer and overseas offices, assessing their needs and delivering high level of customer service follow-up.Manage and track shipments from origin to destination and communicate that information to both our customers & overseas teamsCoordinate shipments arrival processes & deliveries setup both domestic and international while adhering to on-time expectationsMaintain customers SOPsManage and update all shipments milestone timelines for our EDI customersEDI operational knowledge is highly desirable, but not essentialSupport Management when requested to create reports for assigned customersPerform and maintain billing functions for assigned customersRequired to handle files from A-ZRequirements :2+ years of operations and freight forwarding logistics experienceCargowise One experience a plusHigh achiever, self-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environmentExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPossess ability to build relationships with both internal and external teamsTeam player, flexible, hands-on with interpersonal skills and time managementHigh School Diploma requiredSuperior Customer Service skills with excellent telephone and email skillsStrong working knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel and WordEFL provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies.
