We're expanding our Software development offering and we're looking for an experienced software development professional to lead the execution of the development training program across multiple cohorts. You will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day development of our software apprentices and ensure they are set up for success to enter into software development careers. You will be curating online development resources, conducting lectures andor group discussions of the material, and checking in with apprentices regularly to ensure the material is resonating. You will assign and monitor all individual and group assignments, answering any questions and ensuring timely completion against a deadline. You will be responsible for grading all planned assessments as well as monitoring an individual's progress throughout the program. You must be comfortable assessing individual skill sets based on the graduation criteria and mentoringcoaching them accordingly over the duration of the program. You must be comfortable managing a team - conducting regular 1:1s, providing actionable feedback and evaluating both technical and non-technical skills to determine if apprentices should successfully graduate the development program.
