Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixesinitiatives are in placeHands on experience with ATOLL .Perform MacroSmall Cell Design design including antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in network designCreate CIQs, E911 submissions, COPs etc.Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performanceWork with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability
