Akkodis is seeking a Sales Operations Manager for a Full Time job with a client in Irvine , CA or in San Jose, CA. ONSITE Rate Range: $80K to $95K in base. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Position: Sales Operations ManagerJob Responsibilities are as below described but not limited to:• Support customers with daily operations and logistics issues• Coordinate schedule commitments for both production and engineering PO• Serve all customers for PO processing and related requests including order management, WS request, WIP monitor and finish goods delivery on schedule.• Direct interaction with customers for order acknowledgement and delivery schedule• Maintain communications with HQ to delivery management through the complete logistical cycle from factory to customer• Communicate with internal cross functional team (CECSPC) to resolve issues with customer• Follow up with account payable and manage overdue account receivables• Support account managers with logistics to view key system• Co-work with account managers to setup new accounts• Create reports to support account manager (revenue allocation daily tracking report etc.)• Manage internal allocation to ensure customer's PO are committed.• Work closely with Sales Account Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Logistics to resolve open issues in an efficient and timely manner• Data consolidation and analysis including but not limit to customer forecast, monthly sales tracking, order backlog, and other sales related generation• AR and Long bankInventory, idle mask clearance rate• Report accuracy and effectiveness.• Willing to take more job and more responsibility supporting sales and fab teams.Job Requirement:• BABS preferred• 5 years experience in semiconductor customer service• Experienced with sales operations process, logistic, and inventory management• Customer Service oriented, teamwork spirit, Excellent interpersonal skills for communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship building.• Be able to learn complex internal system and procedures• Goal oriented, results driven and customer focused.• Detail-oriented, self-starter with a proactive attitude.• Strong proficiency with office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word• Excellent verbal and written communication skill• Bilingual in English and Chinese are preferredIf you are interested in this job in then please click APPLY NOW.
