This position can be based in either Chicago, New York, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale. This opportunity welcomes candidates that are excited to digitally transform the GTM landscape with bespoke, scalable, and resilient technical solutions across Anaplan and Power Platforms. The Senior Manager of SaaS GTM Systems and Tools owns the end-to-end software development lifecycle for GTM applications focused on Forecasting, Territory Planning, and Workflow Automation. The Senior Manager will function as the gateway for development across Anaplan and Power Platform environments. Accordingly, qualified candidates will have a 3+ years of experience leading medium-sized technical delivery teams sized 10+ as well as the ability to manage through people managers. Qualified candidates will be expected to set the technical vision for the team, including capability development and solution architecture, as well as application reliability standards. Candidates must have direct experience developing enterprise applications in Anaplan as well as Power Platforms. Ideally, candidates will have documented expertise in technical areas via certification or past experience. As the focal point for technical delivery, strong interpersonal and charismatic communication skills will be required as work will cross organizational boundaries and involve technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., platform engineering and end-users). Successful individuals will possess an adaptable management style and be able to adjust as needed to meet staff and stakeholders where they are. Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage solution architects and developers Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment Lead team through the design and deployment of scalable, robust, and innovative solutions Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Develop and maintain release standards, best practices, and guidelines Ensure solutions align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering) to ensure timely and successful delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of Anaplan or Power Platforms projects Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Anaplan, Power Platforms, and related technologies Provide technical guidance and support to the development team Qualifications Basic Qualifications: BA/BS degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, computer science or a related field 10+ years of experience in solution design/delivery with a focus on Anaplan or Power Platforms 2+ years managing technical people managers and leading tech delivery teams Experience in 1 or more programming languages (e.g., SQL, PowerFX, Python) Experience in application development, system integration, and data management Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or Advanced Degree in related field Experience leading technical teams of at least 5+ people Experience presenting data or other technical concepts to senior stakeholders Proven experience managing a large group of stakeholders and independently driving global projects Strong problem-solving and project management skills Experience with Sales Operations processes and CRM systems (e.g., SFDC and Dynamics) Comfortable consuming data from a heterogeneous set of sources (e.g., Dataverse, HDFS, flat files, and APIs) Suggested Skills: People management Solution design Project management LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $237,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
