Scope of Position As our Brand Manager, you'll spearhead innovative product strategies and pipeline development for iconic, fast-growing brands. Collaborating with dynamic cross-functional teams, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of these brands and driving their continued success. Responsibilities Refine Innovation Strategies: Elevate brand innovation strategies to align with business goals and consumer trends. Identify Growth Opportunities: Leverage syndicated data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to discover and capitalize on new growth areas. Develop Robust Pipelines: Create innovation pipelines with a strong foundation in product and packaging commercialization, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, financial objectives, and consumer needs. Drive Commercialization: Lead cross-functional teams to bring breakthrough ideas to market, ensuring they are commercially and financially viable. Inspire Excellence: Provide strong leadership to motivate cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and overcome challenges with a results-oriented mindset. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred. Experience: 5+ years in consumer brand management, with at least one rotation in base/retail brand management. Proven expertise in using POS/panel data to inform strategic decisions. A track record of delivering profitable growth through product innovation from concept to commercialization. Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, including inspiring trust, fostering collaboration, and driving alignment. High curiosity about market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior. Ability to balance strategic vision with detail-oriented execution and business/financial acumen. Exceptional communication skills, including storytelling, presenting, and influencing. Advanced analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial performance metrics. Preferred Experience: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), particularly in the food sector. Previous experience in brand innovation.
