Key Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize all bakery production items- either by hand or using our commercial dishwasher. Transport clean equipment and items to their designated storage areas. Dispose of garbage and cardboard throughout the bakery. Keep the dishwashing area clean, dry, and safe. Assist with various bakery tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and stacking trays. Remove snow from sidewalks and salt as needed during the winter months. What We're Looking For A great multi-tasker with excellent time management skills. Someone who communicates effectively with managers and teammates across departments. Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and organization. A reliable individual who can commit to a consistent schedule. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED; prior experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand and stay active for the duration of your shift, along with performing repetitive tasks. Capability to lean over for extended periods and lift up to 100 pounds. Schedule Monday to Friday, with shifts from 9 a.m.-1:00 p.m. OR 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. This is a year-round position-ideal for individuals seeking stable, daylight employment. Compensation Starting at $13-$14/hour, based on experience.
