Job Type Full-time Description The Arizona Group is an Arizona-based Independent Insurance Agency and is seeking a career-minded and experienced Premier Client Group Personal Lines Producer who resides in the Phoenix Metro Area and can perform exceptional service and sales for our Premier Client Group Personal Lines Team. This is a full-time, on-site position for an Agency with less than 100 employees. Benefits and Compensation: Premier Client Group Personal Lines Producer Full Time - M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm Annually $60k - $80k + Commission Employer paid Medical and Dental, LTD, Group Life, EAP Optional benefits - Vision, Disability, Group Life, AFLAC, Pet Care Insurance 401(k) Employer contribution 3-6% Annual Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Requirements Accountability: Premier Client Group Personal Lines Producer Responsible for prospecting, soliciting, quoting, and selling new Personal Lines business. Continue to counsel and market to existing clients professionally. Meet sales goals and service responsibilities in accordance with Agency Standards. Skills/Requirements: Premier Client Group Personal Lines Producer High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 8 years insurance industry experience Minimum of 4 years insurance industry experience specific to Personal Lines ; Experience in high net worth clientele preferred Property & Casualty Arizona resident insurance license required; Life & Health license preferred Experience in Applied Systems EPIC preferred Ability to type 25 wpm. Ability to read, write and speak, using proper grammar in English. Ability to speak Spanish desirable CIC or CPRM designation is desirable Ability to professionally communicate verbally in person and on the telephone Ability to meet with clients and referral partners in person, as needed Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, correspondence, memos, diagrams, and technical procedures Ability to write business correspondence Ability to process a high volume of work, under tight production turnaround times Strong ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workflow Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to create solutions for, and proactively manage problems for the client Ability to adopt the TAG Culture Professionalism in appearance, communication, and treatment of others Responsibilities: Premier Client Group Personal Lines Producer Receives and responds efficiently to new business referrals Analyze and counsel existing clients and prospects on coverage needs and develop comprehensive insurance portfolio that is in the best interest of client or prospect Create insurance proposals to present to prospects and existing clients on new business Develop and maintain Centers of Influence to build organic new business opportunities from outside the agency Acts as backup to Account Specialist for service-related items as needed Creates detailed and accurate documentation in Applied Epic management system regarding all interactions with clients, prospects, carrier representatives, etc. Completes applications for insurance and has insured sign them. Obtains all necessary file documentation. Submits for issue to eligible and appropriate carriers, staying within agency binding guidelines Collects down payments from clients for purchases of new coverage and obtains signatures and other required documentation on all applications Follows individual company guidelines and rules regarding binding, underwriting, time to issue, etc. Acknowledges non-standard coverage limitations and binding restrictions to document file and lower errors and omissions exposures Develops, pursues, and completes new business sales goals Actively advises and refers clients to other departments within agency to further engage client with all aspects of risk portfolio With Account Specialist, pro-actively review coverage portfolio at renewal and provides recommendations to enhance client risk management, as needed Maintains daily follow up activities in accordance with procedural guidelines Stay up-to-date on industry trends and educate clients and prospects on those trends when relevant Counsel clients on loss related questions and refer to agency claims team or carrier when appropriate Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by agency management Stays abreast of and communicates to department team members regarding relevant carrier changes in underwriting, policy forms, rating, etc. Supports in organization and execution of department team meetings and functions, as needed Uses each client contact as an opportunity for coverage review and marketing of needed covered Salary Description $60k - $80k + Commission
