Bumble is looking for a SeniorManager, Global Consolidations and Corporate Accounting ("GroupReporting") to provide a best-in-class group reporting and consolidation for the group as well as development of reporting internal controls and procedures. As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate requisite technical accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, team management experience to support the group's financial reporting requirements in a fast-paced global environment; navigating between fine operational details and the big picture of Bumble's ambitious goals. Reporting to the Global Controller, this very hands-on role will lead the consolidation and group financial reporting process for Bumble, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. This role involves close collaboration with various teams including SEC reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax and Internal Audit. As the Senior Manager, Group Reporting, you will play an important part in rolling out leading practices in relation to group reporting and strengthening relationships between Finance and the rest of the organization. What you'll do Manage, lead and own the group's multi-currency and multiple legal entities consolidation process, taking full responsibility for all monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reporting Prepare and review the USGAAP financial statements, disclosures and underlying schedules for the group's 10-K and 10-Q filings. Assist in the Group's regulatory reporting process, including SEC filings, review of XBRL, and other financial reporting as required. Partner with the Head of SEC reporting to ensure all latest disclosure rules changes are appropriately disclosed in the quarterly and annual financial statements. Manage the end-to-end process of subsidiary statutory reporting under IFRS. Liaise and coordinate with the external auditors for the year-end audit and quarterly reviews. Prepare the quarterly bank covenant reporting. Reviewsignificantaccountingpoliciesandhelpintheanalysisoftechnicalaccounting issues. Own the chart of accounts, mapping to group consolidation, SEC Reports in NetSuite and the related process controls. Provide guidance and support to business partners on accounting and reporting issues. Continuously evaluate and improve the consolidation and reporting processes, leveraging technology and automation where possible. Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement system enhancements and streamline processes. Identify and implement best practices in financial reporting and consolidations and drive thecontinuousdevelopmentandimplementationoffinancialreportingprocessesand systems for improved timeliness and accuracy of data and to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Manage and lead the Group Reporting team. Work with the wider finance team to support financial accounting control initiatives. Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance. About you Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or equivalent professional certification required. 10+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting and/or industry experience in a multinational company. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations Extensive experience in consolidations and financial reporting Proven experience as a team leader and in group reporting and consolidation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage and develop a team. Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements. Experience with NetSuite and IFRS is desirable. You are deeply passionate about Bumble's brand vision and values. $140,000 - $175,000 a year Base Compensation Range: $140,000 - $175,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location.
