BG Studio International is an award-winning International Design firm based in NYC specializing in luxury boutique interiors. The firm designs and manages largescale high-end hospitality and multifamily residential projects within the tri-state area. The firm is also extremely active in the cruise ship industry.We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Interior Architectural Designer with 10+ years minimum experience in hospitality and muti-family residential design. Applicant should have a 4 or 5 year Bachelor Degree in Architecture and have experience in managing interior architecture projects and developing design concepts for projects. We are looking for a creative individual who can quickly grasp office culture and procedures to become a productive member of the office. The position entails working hands-on with graphic programs and documentation as well as supervising other team members who are doing the same.Requirements:Be able to develop design concepts for assigned projects, incorporating all requirements within a team working environmentHigh proficiency in REVIT, AUTOCAD, Photo Shop and PowerPointProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelAbility to effectively communicate orally and in writingEffective communication with clients and project consultants.Proficiency in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents and supporting specifications. Experience with Construction Administration activities.Proficiency in interior architecture documentation including but not limited to millwork drawings and architectural detailing.Knowledge of interior finishes and lighting.
