Our extensive manufacturing capabilities along with our highly qualified workforce has allowed Pivot to supply the automotive, medical, ammunition and firearm industries with specified precision tooling for over 50 years. 40 - 45hr week Health, Dental, Vision 401k with match Monthly luncheon Christmas and end of year bonuses Boot allowance - Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations. - Select appropriate tools and materials for each job based on specifications and material properties. - Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently. - Conduct quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. - Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tools, or programming as they arise. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce production times. - Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. - Stay updated with advancements in CNC machining technologies and techniques. - Train and mentor junior machinists or apprentices as needed. - 5 -10 Years experience - Feature CAM or other CAMCAD software - Strong time management skills - Proficient with surface grinding - Looking for a long-term opportunity - Use of boring heads - Hold dowel tolerance and up to .001" on dimensions - Has tooling and measuring devices - Serious candidates will be considered for outside training - Good attitude and able to work within a team environment - FanucHurco machine experience wanted - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings - Skilled in selecting and installing cutting tools and attachments - Willing to work overtime and Saturdays if needed Compensation details: 28-35 Hourly Wage PIb5cdcfd82d90-26289-36102373
